Hey, my name is Bethsabe

It's pronouced Bex-ah-beh, but you can call me Beth or B.
I am a mama to 3 little girls and some have said that I am a bad influence to all dogs around the world.I love to photograph people, events and places in film and digital format. I'm an 90s gal who grew up on Hip Hop and the bold colors and textures of Lisa Frank. As a child, my magazine subscriptions consisted of Cosmo Girl, Seventeen and Nat Geo, allowing me to dream of one day creating art with unique angels and vibrant colors.

Here is the deal...

It all began in 1995. My mom was gifted a Nikon L35af-- Although she was thankful, I could tell she had no interest in photography. She put the camera down on the entryway dresser, but I  was instantly captivated by the glossy look, the pop-up flash and cute little trigger button.
I begged and begged for film and was lucky to be given several rolls but I can still remember how quickly I learned the value of each frame. Although I wanted to shoot through each roll as soon as possible, my little eye learned to wait for the perfect moment.
The school years went on and I continued to photograph all that I could. If you teleport to my middle and high school  years, you will see me walking around with a film camera during periods, lunch and those classes were the teacher was super cool.

You love movie and song references and aren't bothered by 'Cover girl! Put the bass in your walk, head to toe let your whole body talk' type of encouragement.

You are down to have fun and be goofy without fear of looking silly. The key to authentic images is to let loose and allow the magnetism between you and your partner to show! Don't worry, I'll set the mood, you bring the chemistry.

We are going to end up being homies if:

You have a heart of gold and love making connections with those you meet.
I love exploring new places and talking about history, music and food.
