To book your date, all photography packages require a 25% NON-refundable retainer fee. This is due at the time of booking.
Although the retainer fee is NON-refundable, it is transferable. If you cancel your Vegas wedding, for example, we can transfer the retainer fee to a destination wedding package instead.

WHAT IS YOUR RETAINER FEE?

The majority of my clients have an idea of where they would like to shoot but if you need suggestions, I'm here to help. What I usually do is scout the location of the shoot beforehand. This helps me think of ideas for posing or the overall mood of the shoot. I also like to create an itinerary to help everyone know what locations we will be visiting and approximately at what time. I don't share my location preferences until after you book... I'm secretive that way. 

WHO CHOOSES THE LOCATION OF THE SHOOT?

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. Your package fee primarily covers travel within the Las Vegas area. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.52/mile as part of the agreement.

I strive to deliver your images as soon as I can. Although I quote a 6-8 week turnaround time, I usually deliver sooner than this. I promise to keep you updated with an eta whenever I can. 
 

WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?  

All images will be delivered via a digital online gallery located on the website, PicTime. Sessions delivered via PicTime are only limited to be accessed within 60 days of the images being delivered. Due to multiple sessions a week, it is necessary to keep the albums to a time limit. If this is a concern or there are technical issues, please contact me immediately so we can work on successfully getting your images delivered to you. 

 HOW LONG DO YOU STORE MY PHOTOS?

I happen to like the wind. It makes for cool shots and flowy dresses. If the weather makes it difficult for us to work with, or is dangerous, we can reschedule your shoot. No problem whatsoever. 

First off, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re sick– I know that this is not what you envisioned on your wedding day.
Breathe, it will be okay. Give me a call. 
Let’s talk about the options of shooting on a different date once you are all better.  If you choose to cancel, please let me know in writing via email. A cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. 

Keep in mind that the 25% retainer fee is Non-Refundable. 

WHAT IF I WAKE UP SICK WITH COVID19 ON MY WEDDING DAY? CAN I CANCEL?

Absolutely. I often work with other professionals around the valley on various types of projects. I would be happy to provide vendor referrals. To help you make your choice, I usually provide around 3 referrals, their professional portfolio, and contact information. 

WILL YOU HELP ME FIND VENDORS?

If you decide to move forward with me as your photographer, you will receive a Client Agreement and Invoice. Click on the link provided in your email to pay your invoice using a debit card or credit card. Check your email for this! 

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

A second shooter is a fellow photographer who can assist me in shooting all details of your wedding. I recommend that you add a second shooter to your wedding package if your guest count is higher than 50 guests. There is an additional fee of $200/hour for a second shooter.

Quick fact: The farthest I've ever traveled for a shoot was Havana, Cuba. Where should we go next? Contrary to popular belief, airports are exciting and sleeping on trains is cozy. 

Let’s say you are eloping to Vegas but you are also having a bigger wedding in your home state, or Mexico for example, I can shoot both. Let me know ahead of time and a $500 credit will be applied for traveling fees.

No. So sorry, I will not deliver RAW images. RAW images do not reflect me, my brand, or my art, therefore you will only receive edited jpegs.
